Please be assured that Auction Engine (Burnsville, MN) does not have a credit card merchant account and does not charge credit cards. Our services are provided directly to auctioneers, and they do not pay by credit card. We encourage you to dispute unauthorized charges directly with your credit card company. They will provide you the contact information of the business who processed the sale on your credit card account and resolve the matter.
